What are Halo extensions?

Extensions by Atlas Beauty Halos are 100% Remy human hair, which is considered the finest quality of human hair. They are created using a process that aligns the hair in the same way that it once grew. Extensions have never been easier with Extensions by Atlas Beauty Halo’s, which have revolutionized the industry with its self-applied and damage-free style.

Is the hair clean?

When you pick up your own Halo extensions, they have been sanitized, shampooed and conditioned. They will look brand spankin’ new when you pick them up and you’ll never know they were worn with love before you!

How does it work?

Schedule an initial consultation with Atlas Beauty to match your color and choose the right style for your occasion. When you pick up your extensions they will come in a silk bag, with a comb, clip and a pre-paid USPS return shipping bag. The extensions will be straight, unless you upgraded and requested them to come curled. When you pull them out of the bag, they may have a slight bend to the hair. The best way to blend your Halo with your hair is to put it on and style it with your own hair.

What if I can’t make it to the salon before my event to choose my extension color?

We love to meet our clients in person but we also love the convenience of technology! If you can’t make it to the salon before your event, color matching by Zoom is a reliable and convenient option, too. We will have you send some pictures of your hair so we can get a good idea of the color. To prep for your Zoom consultations, “meet” with us with clean, dry hair, and somewhere with natural light – lots of it!

Can someone pick up my extensions for me?

Let us know if someone will be picking up your Halo on your behalf and who so we know we’re giving a HALO package to the right person.

Can you style my Halo for me?

Absolutely! There is nothing we’d love more. If you aren’t up for the whole rent/DIY extension thing, schedule an appointment with us for your special day/event and let us know you want your Halo.

How does pricing work?

Our standard Halo Extension rental is a 2-day plan with your full payment due upfront. If you pick it up the day before you wear them, drop them in the mail the day after your event. If you pick them up on the day you plan to wear them, drop them in the mail the day after or the following day. If you need your extensions for longer we also offer a 7-day plan. Our Halo extensions come straight unless you request to upgrade to curls for $30. We can also create a custom rental plan for you.

How many days do I rent the extensions?

What if I keep my Halo longer then orginally agreed?

If your Halo is not returned to us by the specified return date you will be charged 50% of your rental price for every day you are late up until the Halos retail price has been met. We only allow up to 7 days of late fees. 7 days after the specified return date if we have not received your Halo rental you will be liable for the retail purchase price. You are also liable for the retail purchase price in the event that your Halo is lost, stolen, damaged or not returned by the specified return by date. 

How do I return my Halo?

When you pick up your extensions from the salon, your package will come with materials to make returning them easy – put your extensions in the silk bag, place it in the pre-paid UPS return envelope and drop it in the mail.
